Here is a step-by-step guide on how our business works with you from the start of your vision, throughout the execution of ideas, all the way until the after-match clean up.
Please start your party planning process by viewing Our Services to select the items of interest, then fill out the form on our Contact Us page. From there one of our awesome team members will review your inquiry and set up a consultation call to bring your vision together on paper.
The average consultation call lasts 15-25 minutes. During this call our team will go over the party details you submitted (date, time, location, party theme, services interested, etc.) and confirm the details. From there our team will discuss a package tailored to what you are interested in, as well as discuss any potential add-ons. At this time, we will also give an estimate of time needed for set up and take down for your inquiry. We will gladly answer any questions you may have, as well as make suggestions of ideas.
Once you are 100% confident in the services offered, we will proceed with booking. We send your personalized quote to you in a detailed invoice. From there, a 50% deposit is collected to lock in your booking with our team. Once the deposit is collected, our team uses mockup designs and AI technology to create digital representations of your visions and expectations. During the design stage, we make sure the client is 100% satisfied and in agreeance with the promises from our company.
One week before your event our team will reach out to confirm delivery date and time, get any delivery instructions, discuss add-ons or take offs, and answer any last minute questions. At the end of this confirmation, the final payment is collected.
On the day of your event, our delivery team will contact you when they are in route. They will provide an eta and double confirm any delivery details needed for access. Our team will set up your rentals to perfection, confirm pick up time, and leave you to enjoy your Bouncetastic party! At the end of the party, we will come and take down our products so you do not have to worry about the cleaning after a long day.
All returning customers are given 10% off their next party, as well as only 40% down for their deposit. We pride ourselves in building relationships with longevity as we hope to continue celebrating with you in the years to come.
